Privacy Policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

This policy describes personal information handled through SafeSight Exploration Inc.'s public website. It does not replace a separate agreement for an inspection, product, client portal or other service.

Accountability and privacy questions

SafeSight is responsible for the personal information it collects through this website. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint, email info@safesightxp.com with “Privacy” in the subject, call (705) 707 2487, or write to SafeSight Exploration Inc., 2181 Trout Lake Road, North Bay, ON P1B 7S3. The website does not identify a separate privacy officer; this contact channel can direct your request.

Information collected and purposes

Forms may ask for your name, email, phone, company, role, and information about your site, equipment, software workflow or project. Depending on the form, this can include mine dimensions, inspection frequency, estimated costs and calculator inputs. Provide only information needed for your request; do not include sensitive personal information or confidential operational material.

SafeSight uses enquiry information to respond, discuss a project, arrange a demonstration, prepare a requested pricing or workflow discussion, or provide an existing resource. The page address and title, CTA, product or service, requested asset, referral source and available campaign parameters may accompany a request so the team understands its context. Some downloadable files are also publicly accessible without a form.

Website infrastructure and third-party services may receive IP addresses, browser/device information and request data when you use the site. Optional analytics help measure website use; optional HubSpot tracking helps understand visits and conversions.

Meaningful consent

Submitting a request permits use of the supplied information to handle that request. It is not an opt-in to unrelated newsletters or marketing. Any optional marketing subscription must have a separate, clear choice. You can use enquiry forms without accepting optional analytics or marketing cookies.

The cookie controls let you accept, reject or manage optional tracking. A video loads only after you choose to load it or allow marketing cookies. External resource links and hosted forms take you to a provider's website, where that provider's notices and controls also apply.

Limiting collection and use

Form information is collected for the request you make and its follow-up. Information should not be supplied for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate basis or further consent. Contact and enquiry information is sent to HubSpot, the customer relationship management and form service used by this website. This website does not offer online product checkout or collect payment-card details.

Service providers and processing outside Canada

The inspected website uses HubSpot for forms and lead management, Google Analytics 4 for consent-based analytics, Microsoft Clarity for consent-based usage and session insights, Google/YouTube for fonts and videos, and Replit for website infrastructure. Google fonts are loaded to display the site's typography. Embedded or hosted forms may display Google reCAPTCHA; if displayed, Google receives information used to assess abuse. Sitewide reCAPTCHA on custom forms has not yet been activated.

These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, under their own service arrangements and applicable laws. The code does not establish the processing region of each provider or the terms of SafeSight's contracts with them. Contact SafeSight for details relevant to your request. Provider access and legally required disclosures can apply.

Retention

Enquiry records should be retained only for the purposes of the request, legitimate follow-up and applicable legal or business record requirements. The website does not impose or disclose a fixed HubSpot contact-retention period. Ask SafeSight about the period applicable to your enquiry or to request deletion where available. Cookie and browser-storage periods are described in the Cookie Policy.

Accuracy and safeguards

Please provide accurate contact details and let SafeSight know if they change. You may request correction of information associated with your enquiry. The public website uses HTTPS; form and CRM information is handled by the services identified above. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy does not claim an independently audited security standard or a provider's specific storage protections.

Access, correction and withdrawal

Contact SafeSight to request access to personal information it holds about you, to correct inaccuracies, or to withdraw consent to uses that depend on consent. SafeSight may need to verify your identity without collecting more than necessary. Access or deletion may be limited by applicable law, the rights of others or required records. Withdrawing consent can affect a request that needs your contact information, but rejecting marketing tracking does not prevent an enquiry.

You can change browser tracking choices using Cookie preferences in the footer. Changes apply to future website activity; they cannot undo information already received by a provider.

Openness and challenging compliance

You can ask SafeSight about the information collected, its purposes, relevant providers and its handling of a privacy request. Raise a privacy concern using the contact details above. If it is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another applicable privacy regulator. This policy is organized around the PIPEDA principles; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
