SafesSight Awarded for Innovation – Safety Innovation Award for 2020 Ontario Mining Contractor Safety Association
Redpath Canada Limited and SafeSight Exploration Inc. are the recipients of the Ontario Mine Contractors Safety Association’s (OMCSA) Safety Innovation Award for 2020. The announcement was made at a virtual meeting this month.
The Award recognizes great innovations in mining that directly impact safety. The Redpath and SafeSight collaboration has developed the
SafeSight MRC Rail RunnerTM, a significant advancement in the safe use of the Mechanized Raise Climber (MRC) for mining and civil applications.
The Rail RunnerTM provides autonomous raise inspection using the latest innovations in HD video and LiDAR technologies, along with proprietary solutions developed by SafeSight.
